Construction is underway on a new mixed-use development in the London Borough of Lewisham, delivered by KNT Development with CMT Construction appointed as principal contractor. The scheme replaces an existing car park with a high-quality four-storey building that combines new residential apartments, flexible commercial spaces, and improved integration with the River Quaggy.
The development provides 17 residential units ranging from one to three bedrooms, along with two ground-floor commercial spaces supported by sizeable basement storage. The design also incorporates two car parking bays for wheelchair users, located to the rear of the site, and a generous residential entrance highlighted at ground level. With its prominent location close to the amenities of Lee High Road, the project will make a valuable contribution to the ongoing regeneration of the area.
